Windows 7: consolidated version RTM!
By Ancillotti
After some years in development, public official two versions (beta and RC) and probably had more to Windows builds internal castings in the history of Microsoft, reaching a mark of a week, the final code of Windows 7 finally appears to have been compiled .
The RTM build is compiled as a 7600 (Full string: 6.1.7600.16384.win7_rtm.090710-1945). A huge leap, since the numbering of the last compilation that we know was the 7269. The date and exact time of the compilation is 10 July 2009, at 19 hours and 45 minutes (Pacific Time).
Although Microsoft has announced that Windows 7 RTM would only be sent to OEM customers on July 30, a page on the company's website shows that the system would release the RTM over the last two weeks this month. That is, the information from the Wzor, codename used by the Russian who was known to leakbuilds unprecedented post-RC, is unfounded. The rumor that the final version of the 7 would be announced during the WPC09, next Monday 13, also reinforces this story. As the launch to the end user has changed nothing, only on 22 October.
But if you're a Windows user RC 7 is not much anime. Microsoft had already warned that there would be more significant changes until the final version of the system, just fix the bugs classified as critical. And really there is nothing new, except a wallpaper, replacing the nice fish better. And yes, already leaked.
Taking advantage of the high demand for Windows 7 RTM, it is possible, as happened with the RC, crackers distribute malicious files of toast with the cast. The recommendation is always to wait until October and get an original copy. If the interest is higher, despite the absence of significant news, download for the account and risk.
